Like any business, Winners Circle Fashion Company runs into bad customers from time to time. Unfortunately, the way the credit card companies are set up, lying customers can buy a product, receive the product, and then request a full refund from their credit card companies. The credit card companies will, for a short time, give the customers their requested refund regardless of whether or not they are telling the truth! Thankfully, the credit card companies only allow customers to do this a few times before they get wise to the customer’s scamming.
We have run into a few of these lying, scam artist customers whose lies and deceit were supported by companies like Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe. For each of these lying customers who is supported in their scams by Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe, we not only lose the full cost of the sale (remember, we always hold up our end of the bargain and send the products, as confirmed by the US Post Office), but Stripe also charges us an additional $15 nuisance fee (amazing that we are charged a nuisance fee when we’re the ones getting scammed in the equation).
Our little form of trying to fight back is this page – naming the lying customers who attempt to scam the companies where they purchase products. If you are a business, then take note of these names and do NOT work with these liars. No, the customer is not always right and these liars are the best example of that fact.
